This service is offered in two ways, either as a once off service as required, or by means of a Monthly Maintenance Contract.

• Call outs for Network Maintenance are charged at the hourly rate of R275.00 per hour or part thereof.

• With the 4 Hour Monthly Maintenance contract you pay a monthly fee of R880.00 per month.
• This includes four hours of maintenance per month. The hourly rate is therefore R220.00, a saving of R55.00 per hour.
• Four hours per month is generally sufficient for smaller networks (up to 6 workstations) to ensure that major crashes or downtime is minimised, as well as ensuring that your network performs at its peak.

• With the 10 Hour Monthly Maintenance contract you pay a monthly fee of R 1,750.00 per month.
• This includes ten hours of maintenance per month. The hourly rate is therefore R175.00, a saving of R100.00 per hour.
• Ten hours per month is generally sufficient for larger networks (more than 6 workstations) to ensure that major crashes or downtime is minimised, as well as ensuring that your network performs at its peak.

• Hours not used in a given month are carried over for a period of 3 months, and are added to the following month's hours.
• After 3 months have elapsed however, the hours from the first month not used will fall away.
• If additional hours are required, the rate of R220.00 per hour will apply, as opposed to the usual R275.00, due to the fact that you are on a Monthly Maintenance Contract.
